Kevin’s journey into the world of mental health began not with textbooks, but with a needle and a heartbeat. At just 19, he entered the healthcare field as a phlebotomist, aspiring to become a nurse. But during nursing school, something deeper called to him. He realized that while he was helping people physically, his heart was drawn to their emotional wounds—the quiet struggles that live beneath the surface. That calling redirected his path toward mental health, and he's never looked back.
Kevin earned his Associate of Applied Science in Human Services from Delaware Technical Community College, then completed his Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science. During this time, he became certified as a Mental Health Screener, working in crisis intervention and case management, where he met people at their most vulnerable moments and helped them find steady ground.
In 2021, Kevin completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) at Delaware State University. Since then, he has earned multiple respected credentials, including:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP)
- Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS)
- Diplomate of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress (D.A.A.E.T.S.)

Now pursuing his Doctor of Social Work (DSW), Kevin continues to deepen his knowledge, not for prestige, but to better serve. His clinical work is rooted in empathy, informed by science, and guided by the belief that healing is both a right and a journey.
Kevin is a passionate learner, a fierce advocate, and a quiet warrior for those navigating pain, trauma, and identity. His mission is simple: to help people live more fulfilled lives and to leave his corner of the world gentler, braver, and more whole than he found it.

Jillian Wiggins grew up in New Jersey with a heart full of questions and not enough support to answer them. Like many teens, she struggled—but unlike many, she decided early on that she would one day become the person she desperately needed back then. That decision shaped everything.
Jill began her academic path at Delaware Technical Community College, earning her AAS in Human Services. She then completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Wilmington University before going on to receive her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Today, Jillian is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), specializing in helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, depression, and the complicated path of becoming whole again. Her work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief in her clients’ capacity for transformation.
For Jillian, this isn’t just a career—it’s a calling. Every time she witnesses a client take back their power or rediscover a piece of themselves they thought was lost, she’s reminded why she began this journey. The hope, resilience, and healing she sees every day keep her inspired to show up—with open ears, open heart, and unwavering belief in change.
